Jaime Kidd
Jaime is driven by the belief that all children deserve to attend joyful, caring and academically excellent schools. She has more than twenty years of experience supporting students, teachers, leaders, and community members to improve the aspects of their schools they care about most.
Prior to joining The Primary School, Jaime led continuous improvement efforts at the KIPP Foundation - with focus areas related to leadership development, high school success and postsecondary outcomes. She also served for nearly 12 years at Partners in School Innovation, a national nonprofit that supports school transformation and change agent development. At Partners, she began as a teacher/leader coach and then later served as program director, leading staff development, program design, evaluation, and program expansion.
Jaime loves data, is passionate about continuous improvement, and strives to create systems where people and children are able to learn, grow and thrive. She began her career in education as a school psychologist and received her BA from the University of Michigan (Go Blue!) and MA in Educational Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley.
