Reyna Nieto-Fernandez

Reyna has grown up in East Palo Alto all her life. She attended a college preparatory high school, where she learned to appreciate and value the importance of education. She went on to attend The University of California, Santa Cruz where she graduated with a Bachelor's in Psychology. With her background in Psychology she acknowledges how significant health care is in all aspects to continue to grow and succeed. Reyna was inspired to join The Primary School due to its mission in integrating education, health care, and family support services.

Reyna began her journey at The Primary School as a Behavior Assistant directly servicing our C cohort. As a Behavior Assistant, Reyna would assist with restorative conversations, CICO's, and stepping in to support after care services. Reyna then moved on to become our Schools Operations Associate to focus more of her time on the back-end services to support the school as a whole.

In her spare time, Reyna loves to listen to guided meditations, paint, and train for weightlifting. She also hopes to continue her schooling in the near future!
