Jesse Hinueber
Jesse has over two decades of experience as an educator and leader driven by a commitment to educational equity. He is energized and inspired by working collaboratively with others to make transformational changes a reality in our schools and society.
Jesse began his career as a 6th grade teacher in San Jose, California. He then spent 14 years at Partners in School Innovation, first as a school-based coach and then as a senior leader helping to scale the organization from a local Bay Area nonprofit to a national footprint. Prior to joining the Primary School, Jesse worked as a consultant supporting schools, charter management organizations and education nonprofits to grow their capacity in equity-focused improvement science and practical measurement.
At each stage of his journey he has focused on supporting other educators to leverage continuous-improvement methods, develop their cultural responsiveness and become leaders in their own context. He received his BA in Environmental Studies from Dartmouth College and Teaching Credential from San Jose State University.
