Shuai Quan

Shuai, a native of rural China, has resided in the East Bay for over 20 years. With a diverse professional background spanning over 15 years in both China and the US, Shuai has had various roles encompassing marketing, product design, startup/NGO, mentoring, and coaching.

Motivated by her unwavering commitment to social impact, Shuai co-founded an NGO project in China, dedicated to supporting rural teachers and schools. She is excited to explore more ways to serve the East Bay local community.

Beyond her work, Shuai loves to eat noodles, camp, hike, and plant vegetables.
