Karla Cardona

Karla's passion for mentoring and teaching has been a key component in her career. As a first generation born in the United States, she strives to make a positive impact on the lives of others.

While growing up in San Jose, CA, Karla maintained strong family bonds through her frequent trips to El Salvador. During these visits, Karla was able to understand the sacrifices her parents made in order to better the lives of her family. This first hand example of perseverance, has been a driving force to help those in need.

Karla earned a Bachelor's Degree in Human Development with an emphasis in Early Child Development at California State University, East Bay. She has held roles focused on the development of children and families as a teacher, a child development mentor, and now is looking forward to partnering with parents and families to help them achieve success.
