DEI Taskforce
The DEI Taskforce was formed in Fall 2020 to serve as a representative staff body that informs, advances, and holds our organization accountable to diversity, equity and inclusion work at all levels of the organization.
In the short-term, the Taskforce will primarily support the development of our multi-year DEI Plan by prioritizing findings from an externally conducted equity audit, partnering across programs and departments to lift up recommendations that will address findings over the next few years, and ultimately approving the plan.
In the long-term, the DEI Taskforce will be an ongoing body that will help hold our organization and leadership accountable to implementation of the plan.
